Jefferson Conservation District will sponsor one student between the ages of 14 and 17 to attend Camp Rocky from July 9th-14th, 2023. JCD will provide $300 of the $450 camp fee. During their time at Camp Rocky they will learn about forestry, rangeland science, fish & wildlife, and more. For more information on Camp Rocky, please visit their website.

To apply for the scholarship, please send a cover letter explaining your interest and what the experience will mean to you to alison.wermuth@jeffersoncd.com by June 15th, 2023 with the subject line "Camp Rocky 2023 - First Name Last Name". 

The deadline to apply for the scholarship and register for Camp Rocky is June 15th. Camp Rocky will hold a registration spot before a scholarship is awarded.
