About Us

Jefferson Conservation District (JCD) has been a leader in natural resources assistance since 1942. Our focus on forestry, noxious weed management, wildfire mitigation, and watershed restoration is overseen by a passionate Board of Supervisors. 

Position Highlights

As an Office Manager, you'll contribute to our mission through administrative, clerical, and bookkeeping duties. Enjoy a hybrid schedule, combining remote work with in-person collaboration. Essential Duties & Necessary Skills

Contribute as an office manager through financial management, statutory filings, board support, human resources coordination, contracts, agreements, and grants.

A high school diploma, 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in English and relevant software, valid Colorado driver’s license, background check clearance, and occasional weekend/evening availability.
